Hong Guo is the Founder and Director of Guo Law Corporation. She has extensive experience in Sino-Canadian commercial transactions in mining, energy, IT, land and natural resources, and real estate.
Hong earned her strong reputation in the Sino-Canadian business community through her unyielding professional ethics and strong understanding of both Chinese and Canadian cultures.
In 2002 Hong's contributions to advancing Sino-Canadian business relations were recognized through her appointment as Foreign Legal Specialist by the State Council of the People's Republic of China. Hong is currently a legal counsel for the Canada Chinese Investors and Enterprises Association.
She graduated from Beijing University in China with a Bachelor's Degree, and received her Master's Degree in Social Science from Regina University. Hong earned her Bachelor's of Law from Windsor Law School in Ontario.
Ms. Guo is ably supported by a team of dedicated and experienced professionals consisting of professional consultants, paralegals, legal assistants and interpreters with a broad range of experience.
